Shipping and Handling Information

Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based on the order total and your selection of shipping method.

Your order will be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail as selected by 1st Class Gems, depending on weight, insurance, destination and time frame. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Delivery time varies with location. Please give us a complete street address since UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders that have a PO Box address will be shipped by US Mail and may incur additional insurance charges. Please contact us for US Mail rates. We do not expedite orders to PO Box addresses.

Next Day Air delivery, please add $30.00 to the standard shipping charges.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. We will notify you via e-mail prior to processing your credit card if shipping costs are higher than our standard rates above.

For all other international orders, please contact us for rates.

Orders received during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm PT) are generally processed within one business day of ordering. Orders placed outside of business hours or on holidays will be processed within the next two business days.

Ring Sizes

Since inlaid jewelry is difficult to size and keep the precious stones intact, please contact us about options to accommodate your needs. It is always best to get as close as possible to your current size when selecting a piece.

Returns and Refunds

1st Class Gems guarantees complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, your expectations are not met, we ask that you first contact us.

We will gladly replace product or refund your money within 30 days of purchase.

Pricing Policy

Our vendors occasionally impose price changes, therefore the posted prices may change periodically. In almost ALL cases, you will pay the posted price. In the event of a drastically incorrect price listing, 1st Class Gems will contact you and you will then be given the option of purchasing at the correct price.
