we are constantly adding new items to our selection and we offer many
one-of-a-kind items, it would be next to impossible to keep a printed
catalog up to date. If you would like to be notified of new items

Orders of $100 or more ship FREE. Your package will be delivered
using UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, depending on the
order total and the

Yes,
as long as you contact your credit card issuer prior to order placement
to add an alternative "SHIP TO" address. If you enter a
separate shipping address, without doing so, your credit card company

If you decide to return a purchase, please let us know within 7 days
by calling our toll-free number 1-866-GOT-GEMS (1-866-468-4367). Once
we have been notified, we can process your request to either exchange
or refund your order upon receipt of the undamaged, unaltered, and
unworn merchandise. Please send it to us insured and with all original
packaging. 1st Class Gems cannot be responsible for lost or damaged
packages. |
